How to delete your data

Request deletion

• Email support@haggler.shop with the subject "Delete my account and data".
• Send it from the email address on your account. If you signed in with Facebook and do not know which address that is, include the name on your Facebook profile.
• We may ask you to confirm the request so that nobody else can delete your account.

We will confirm when it is done. We complete verified requests within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your account, profile, email address, phone number and saved addresses.
• The details we received from Google, Microsoft or Facebook, and the link to that sign-in.
• Your listings and photos, saved payment-method references and any AI provider key.
• Your messages and offers, which are deleted or anonymised so they no longer identify you.

What we have to keep

Some records must be kept for a period after deletion for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes, for example completed orders, payments, payouts, refunds and chargebacks. We keep these only as long as required, and only for those purposes. Stripe keeps its own payment records under its privacy policy. Ratings you left for other users may stay on their profiles without your name.

If you have an order, return, dispute or payout in progress, we will finish or cancel it before deleting your account.

Disconnecting a sign-in provider

Removing Haggler Shop from your Google, Microsoft or Facebook account stops it from being used to sign in. It does not delete the data we hold, so also send the request above.

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → find Haggler Shop → Remove.
• Google: Third-party connections → Haggler Shop → Delete all connections.
• Microsoft: Apps and services you've given access → Haggler Shop → Remove these permissions.
